Matthew surprised me with a very special trip to Blackberry Farm in Townsend, TN to celebrate our anniversary. This is a very elite resort that offers breathtaking scenery and award-winning meals. We had a wonderful time being pampered and living the high life!  This was a perfect, unplugged vacation that was all about relaxation and rejuvenation filled with hiking, spa pampering, and healthy, delicious farm-to-table food.
